Author will read her story to our little ones, followed by a fun, hands-on crafting activity inspired by the book. Bring your little ones and join us for a morning of stories, creativity, and connection!
Follow Mirabella, a curious and spirited young horse, in Mirabella’s Adventure: Discovering the Spirit of Horses as she sets out on a heartfelt adventure to discover her unique “clip-clop” - the special sound that represents who she truly is. Along her journey, she explores enchanting landscapes, faces moments of doubt and discovery, and meets new friends who gently guide her toward an important truth: self-discovery is not about becoming someone else, but about embracing who you already are.
Rich with rhythmic sound words and immersive storytelling, this book encourages children to actively engage with reading while building language skills, imagination, and emotional awareness. It also introduces elements of Asian culture and the symbolism of the Year of the Horse, highlighting values such as courage, energy, kindness, patience, and determination.
Copies of Mirabella's Adventure will be available for purchase at the story time!
Moni Tang M.A. is a mom of two adventurous boys, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and the co-founder of Mirabella & Us, a Texas-based company dedicated to strengthening family bonds through storytelling, community, and thoughtfully designed products for parents and children. Inspired by her own journey through motherhood, her international experiences, and her passion for helping families build strong connections, Moni created the Mirabella & Us storybook series to encourage children to embrace who they are, celebrate their differences, and explore the world with confidence, curiosity, and kindness. When she isn't writing, Moni enjoys spending time with her family, creating memorable traditions, traveling, and bringing moms together through community events. She hopes that Mirabella's adventures will inspire children and families to dream big, be brave, embrace diversity, and discover the magic of being themselves.
